You can permanently delete your Faith with Friends account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how — both from inside the app and, if you no longer have the app installed, by request.

Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

1. Open Faith with Friends and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
3. Under Account, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Your account is removed and you are signed out.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app or sign in, email support@toastmobile.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. Please send your request from that address (or tell us the name and sign-in method on the account) so we can verify ownership. We will delete your account and associated data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile, display name, and profile photo.
• Your username.
• All of your friend connections and friend requests.
• Faith updates you shared (prayer requests, verses, notes) — they are removed from your friends' feeds and deleted from our systems.
• Your notification preferences and device push tokens.
• Your blocked-user list.
• Your sign-in credential (the Apple or Google login link to the app).

What may be retained, and for how long

Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups and server logs for a limited period before they are routinely overwritten, and we may retain information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Faith with Friends has no purchases or subscriptions, so no billing records are kept.
